You may acquire virtual currency or points ("Virtual Items"). These items are licensed, not owned, and have no real-world monetary value.
Refund Policy: In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act of the Republic of Korea, you may request a refund for unused in-game purchases within 7 days of purchase. However, refunds may be restricted if the Virtual Items have already been used or consumed.
You are responsible for any User Content (messages, images) you share. You grant WENEE SYSTEMS a non-exclusive right to use and display such content in connection with our Services.
We provide Services "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect loss, data damage, or actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
We may restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. If we discontinue a Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via our website or in-game notice, where possible.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
